Websites · Apps · Internal systems

We build the software your business runs on.

Websites and online stores, apps for your customers or members, and the systems your team uses behind them. Every project starts with an intro meeting.

  • Intro meeting before any quote
  • One-year warranty
  • Confidential by default

What do you need?

Each page explains what we build, with demos to try.

You might need us if…

  • Your staff type the same information into more than one system.
  • Your website looks dated, or you can't update it yourself.
  • Your app or site shows customers old or wrong information.
  • You pay for a tool that does most of the job and fill the gap by hand.

A recent project

A website and shop for a professional drummer

We replaced an old site with one place for her music, videos, show dates, booking requests, a links page and a shop for her albums. We also set up her pages for search, so her own site turns up for her name.

Most of our work runs inside clients' businesses and stays private. Where a client agrees, we show it.

How we work

How a project runs

  1. 1

    Intro meeting

Every project starts with an intro meeting. We need to understand your business before we can scope the work or give you a price.

  2. 2

    Scope, quote and timeline

You get a written scope, a quote and a timeline. If part of the job depends on another company, we plan a backup route into the scope.

  3. 3

Built and tested on your real data

You try it before your staff or customers do, with your real schedule or records, on the phones and computers your people use.

  4. 4

    Launch and training

We launch, train your team and give you a written guide to how it works.

After launch

A one-year warranty

Every project includes a one-year warranty. If something we built stops working the way we agreed, we fix it at no charge. Changes, adjustments and new features are quoted separately.

Confidential by default

How we protect your data

  1. We work inside your own accounts where we can.
  2. We ask for the least access the job needs, starting with read-only.
  3. We use two-factor login on the accounts we work in.
  4. Have an NDA? Send it over and we'll review it before we look at anything.

Questions

What people usually ask

How much does a project cost?

Every project is custom, so there's no price list. Every project starts with an intro meeting. We need to understand your business before we can scope the work or give you a price. After that you get a written scope and a quote.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope, which we set after the intro meeting. As a guide, most websites and online stores take 3 to 6 weeks, connecting systems you already use takes 2 to 6 weeks, and new apps take 6 to 10 weeks including Apple and Google review. You get a firm timeline with your written scope.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a one-year warranty. If something we built stops working the way we agreed, we fix it at no charge. Changes, adjustments and new features are quoted separately.

Who owns what you build?

Unless your contract says otherwise, we own what we build and license it to you. If you want a full handoff of the code and accounts, we can agree that in your contract. Some of our own tools may be licensed to you as part of a project.

Can I see work you've built?

Some of it. Most of what we build runs inside our clients' businesses and stays private. Where a client agrees, we show it, like the website and shop for a professional drummer. You can also try sample templates on our demos page.

Which AI do you use?

We work with all the major AI providers and choose per project. A person approves anything an AI drafts before it goes out, and we walk through how your data is handled in the intro meeting.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

Usually not. Most of our work connects to what you have and fills in what it doesn't do. If something does need replacing, we'll explain why and let you decide.

Can you work with Shopify, WordPress or the platform we already use?

Usually, yes. We've built on Shopify and WordPress, and we connect to booking, payment and email tools through the access they provide. If your platform can't do what you need, we'll tell you before you spend money on it.

Can we make changes ourselves?

Yes, where it makes sense. We give you an editor for announcements, labels, prices and menus, and we show whoever looks after it how to use it.

Where are you based?

Nashville, Tennessee. We work with businesses anywhere in the country, over video calls and screen shares.
